Before you start cleaning the oven window, you must unhook the oven door. Proceed as follows:
- Open your oven and look for the section under the oven door hinges.
- Push or pull on both sides of the metal part (depending on the model) to release the safety catch.
- Always hold the window, support or find a second person to assist you.
- Close the oven door halfway, then pull it up and away. It is best to hold it by the side, not by the arms.

After opening the door, you can now remove the oven window. It works like this:
- Place the oven door on a flat surface.
- Then press the small buttons on the side of the door to detach the top panel.
